Reporting Student Absences
Please email all student attendance notes email@example.com to ensure that your child’s absence is documented.
In the email please Include the following information:
Student First and Last Name
Grade and Homeroom Teacher
Explain the reason for absence
Please remember that you have up to five days after your child's return to school to submit an absence email.
When your child is absent from school, you will receive an automated email message from Synergy notifying you of the absence. You will receive this message even if you already submitted an email to firstname.lastname@example.org

Late Arrivals and Dismissals
Please complete the CLES Late Arrivals and Early Dismissal Google form to notify the school when your child will arrive late (after 8:45 AM) or dismiss early (prior to 3:15 PM).
Late Arrivals and Dismissals Reporting Form
Notifying the school of an early dismissal in advance helps us with a smooth transition and decreases the amount of time you have to wait while your child packs-up to dismiss. We understand there may be some occasions when you do not know there will be an early dismissal, but we ask you try to complete the form as often as possible. There will also be a QR code at the school entrance you can scan and quickly complete as well.
Please sign your child in on the Late Arrival notepad in the vestibule.
Ring the doorbell and indicate your child has arrived at school.
